La Roulais has plenty of facilities onsite to choose from, all available within the private setting of the 25 acres of parkland. Relax and enjoy your holiday in the knowledge that the children are safe and have plenty of things to

The Heated swimming pool. (fully enclosed and secured)
La Roulais has its own private heated swimming pool, 12m by 6m, which is heated to a temperature of 28 degrees. The saltwater pool is naturally healthy and has no added chemicals. It has its own terrace and garden area with plenty of sun beds and it is fully enclosed for safety.
Open from May until the end of September, the pool has Roman steps at the shallow end which allow easy access for those with limited mobility. There is a gradual slope to the deep end, which is safe for diving and a narrow
walkway underwater all the way round it, allowing a break from swimming at anytime.
Children under 16 must be supervised.

The Children's play area
This large grassed area is adjacent to the pool, so parents can easily keep an eye on the children. It is equipped with a quadruple swing complex, a see-saw, a slide, a sandpit and various 'bikes and trikes', so children have plenty of things to amuse themselves while Mum and Dad get a
little peace and relaxation. There is no worry about any danger of traffic either, as the private driveway sets La Roulais some 500 yards from the quiet roadside.

Cycling
A selection of bikes for all ages are available to hire. A baby seat is also
available for our younger guests, free of charge.
The beauty of the countryside surrounding La Roulais is perfect for both
cycling and walking. The lanes are very quiet and we have a large number of Tourist office set route maps which are ranked and range in both distance and difficulty.
Table tennis - Volleyball - Badminton
Available to all guests of any standard of play. La Roulais leagues are not
unheard of and it is amazing how competitive we all are!
Videos and Games
A wide selection of videos and dvds plus some games and books to suit all ages, are available free of charge.
