La Roseraie.
"The Rose Garden" enjoys wonderful views across the park and on into the beautiful French countryside.
The cottage is close to the play area and swimming pool (which is fully enclosed) and it is ideal for families with younger children as the private courtyard is totally secure.

The spacious, detached, two storey cottage is newly converted and has three bedrooms sleeping 6 people comfortably.
The cottage enjoys its own private patio/courtyard which is equipped with a barbeque and garden furniture, offering a delightful setting for relaxing outdoor meals on warm summer evenings. The cottage is centrally heated and
located adjacent to the owner occupied main house. Ample private parking.

It comprises:
Large sitting room and dining area with original
open beamed ceiling. The sitting room is equipped
with colour t.v, video, DVD player and a Hi-Fi
system. There are 2 sofas which convert into
comfortable beds, if necessary.

Kitchen.
Fitted with a large range of traditional units and
fully equipped with cooker/full size oven,
microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle,
electric hand mixer dishwasher, washing machine,
ironing board and iron.   
Designed to give the chef(s) an  enjoyable holiday too!

Bathroom.
 Large family bathroom fitted with bath/shower,
vanity washbasin and toilet.

One double bedroom. Fitted with a double bed and
naturally, French furnishings. Views across the park

1st  twin bedroom with 2 single beds and French
furnishings. Views across the park.

2nd twin bedroom with 2 single beds and French
furnishings.

A full size travelling cot with an
extra mattress for added comfort is
available if required.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (out of season by arrangement)
Rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure.

All bedding, bed linen and kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge. A set of clean bedding is
provided each week. There is NO provision for personal towels for bathroom or swimming pool use.

Prices include water and gas
Electricity is included in the price at peak season (July and August)
Electricity will be charged for at all other times, according to the meter reading  - to be read on arrival and departure. Prices will be at EDF current unit price.
