The cottage is single storey and therefore suitable for people with restricted mobility. It is a newly converted, centrally heated, traditional "long house" which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 8 people comfortably.
There is a private garden  area to the front of the property which is equipped with a barbeque and garden furniture, offering a delightful setting for relaxing outdoor meals on warm summer evenings. Ample private parking.

It comprises:
Large sitting room with original beamed ceiling
and a feature, cosy wood burning stove for out of
season breaks. The room is equipped with a colour
t.v, video, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system.
There are two sofas, which convert into beds if
necessary. A cocktail table and chairs provide the
ideal rendezvous for aperitifs before dinner!
Double patio doors lead to the terrace and garden
area.
Dining area and kitchen.
At one end of this long room a separate dining area
features a large traditional French-style dining table.
At the other end; a fitted kitchen with a  full range
of quality units and fully equipped with a cooker/
full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster,
electric kettle, electric handmixer, dishwasher, iron
ing board and iron. A washing machine is located
in the family bathroom.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom;
Featuring a double bed and French furnishings.
The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with
bath/shower, vanity washbasin, heated towel rail
and toilet.
1^st twin bedroom - with 2 single beds and French
furnishings.

Family bathroom - fully tiled  and fitted with bath/
shower, vanity washbasin heated towel rail and
toilet.

2^nd twin bedroom - with 2 single beds and a
further 'drawer bed' - in total 4 singles + French
furnishings.

Cots are available if required.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (other days out of season, by arrangement)
Rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10am on the day of departure.

It is possible to stay in our Chambre d'Hôtes before and /or after your stay in the cottage.

All bedding, bed linen and kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge. A set of clean bedding is
provided each week. There is NO provision for personal towels for bathroom or swimming pool use.

Prices include water and gas
Electricity is included in the price at peak season (July and August)
Electricity will be charged for at all other times, according to the meter reading  - to be read on arrival and departure. Prices will be at EDF current unit price.
