RESERVATIONS
Please make sure to phone, fax or e.mail first to confirm availability and
ensure the accommodation will be held for you.
Complete and sign the Booking Form and return it (with your 'holding fee' if applicable). We will 'hold' the property for you for 7 days.
A deposit of 25% is required for all cottage (gite) bookings and for Chambres d'Hôtes bookings of 3 or more nights.
A 'holding fee' in Sterling/Euros is required for Chambres d'Hôtes bookings of less than 3 nights, which is returned to you on your arrival. We then ask for
payment to be made in full, in Euros, at the end of your stay.
Deposits can be accepted in either Sterling or Euros.
Prices will be calculated at the current exchange rate
The balance is also payable in either Sterling or Euros.
Bank details will be forwarded to you once you have confirmed a booking. Please state which currency you would like to use to make your payment.
We ask that rooms be vacated by 10am. on your day of departure, unless
otherwise specified.
If you require an evening meal on your day of arrival, please make sure to fill in the appropriate section on the Booking Form.

Our encashment of your deposit represents formal acceptance and
confirmation of your booking.
Your signature on the Booking Form and our encashment of your deposit
constitutes a contract which shall be governed by French law and be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
A 'Booking re-confirmation/balance reminder' will be sent to you 10 weeks before your holiday start-date.
Settlement of the balance of cottage (gite) or Chambres d'Hôtes bookings (for bookings of 3 or more nights) is required not less than 8 weeks before the
accommodation start-date.
Any further payments for Tables d'Hôtes, bike hire etc. during your stay, will be invoiced and payable in Euros at the end of your stay.
Cancellation at any time must be made in writing. If we receive notice of
cancellation 12 or more weeks prior to holiday start-date, we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of 10% of the total accommodation price - or you may opt for the total amount of the deposit to be held against an alternative booking within 12 months of the original. If notice of cancellation is only received less than 12 but more than 8 weeks prior to accommodation start-date NO refund of initial deposit will be made.
No refunds can be made of all and any monies if cancellation is within 8 weeks of your holiday start-date. You are recommended to arrange
comprehensive travel insurance to include cancellation cover.
Reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to accommodation start-date
require payment in full at the time of booking. (Not applicable to Chambres d'Hôtes bookings of less than 3 nights.)
